The youth workers training event held in Ercolano, Italy, from the 7th to the 14th of July 2023 served as a platform to pilot the e-learning modules (PR2) and gather valuable assessment and feedback. Participants had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and competences in the field of environment and human rights through peer-learning and the exchange of good practices.
The daily agenda was thoughtfully designed to ensure an intensive and comprehensive experience for participants. With a focus on going through all the e-learning modules and contents developed, the training activities were carefully organized to cover various aspects of environment and human rights education.
Prior to the training, each partner selected five youth workers from their local community and provided them with pre-departure preparations to adequately prepare for the mobility and intercultural experience that awaited them.
As a testament to their achievements, participants were awarded the Youthpass certificate, recognizing their dedication and newly acquired skills. The certificate was presented during the first day of training activities, adding a meaningful touch to the event.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all the participants, trainers, and project partners for their unwavering commitment to this endeavor. The training event in Ercolano marked a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to empower youth for a sustainable future.
