“The Pedagogy and Skills Guide (PR1) takes a detailed look at current teaching models, measures their effectiveness and identifies areas for improvement for youth workers. The findings are based on careful data collection, including online surveys and face-to-face interviews with professionals in the field.
The ultimate goal? To create a “Matrix of Key Competencies and Methods” that describes the essential knowledge and skills for delivering green human rights education. By promoting these competencies, we hope to inspire youth workers to advocate for a human rights-based approach to environmental protection and ensure that youth voices are heard in the fight for a sustainable future.
